This telephone hotline delivers immediate response for accidents and medical emergencies - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is designed to take the worry out of knowing if someone is home alone. Participants wear a lightweight, waterproof help button.
Calls are sent out easily. In addition, the system offers “convenience call,” giving subscribers the added feature of being able to answer their phone by pressing their personal transmitter. This means no more rushing to answer a ringing phone. A simple press of the button activates the console as a Speakerphone when receiving a call.
A specially trained McLean Home Care staff member will both install the system and provide follow-up on the calls. McLean's staff will be sure it works in your home, and most importantly, that you feel comfortable in how and when to use it.
